The final.

Work has totally thrown a curve ball at me. It's far from official, but I'm certainly interested. It is probably of out of my league, but all that can be really be said is 'Why the fuck not'. Yes, I'm being vague but thats because nothing is official - and who knows.. maybe more than my dad reads this tripe I write here.

Moving is just about complete.. Few tip runs to do tho. I'm sure they are going to be painfull. Have new TV so most looking forward to hitting up a DVD session once its all systems GO!. I've been struggling with my 'entertainment unit' however. It would be fine if it was 1972 and I owned a small collection of books and a couple of really tacky ornaments to 'display'. The question stands 'Build your own you lazy prick ?or? buy some trendy looking thing that wont fit my new place'. Decisions..

Had a mad yarn to my mate Josh (word up!) good to just talk shit for the best part of an hour. Bejesus we can talk about some absolute garbage.

So back to the Clipsal 500 it is.

MX5

Drove a MX5 today, 2000 ish era.

Legal Go-Kart. What more need be said. Fantastic feedback through the steering wheel, pretty good driving position. All very neat. Way to small to be practical for myself, but if you were looking for a street/track car I can see why so many people run these. Even for the little 1.6 engine, she scoots very well. God forbid you ever want to take more than a handbag or small carton with you. There is not the space. Visibility was interesting, having mirrors set further out than normal aiding in the massive blind spot created by soft top. However I'm sure without the top, well.. You could see everything.

Much fun to be had.
