I'm just about ready to crack heads over this shit. I've had a gutfull. In particular from people who really should know better. Yes. I am being vague.

Caught up with Duncan and the lads this arvo. All seem well which is good.
Spent some time at home snoozing on my couch which was also was rather good.

Still have no idea what to do about moving. I have a few options and one of them despite probably being the dearest of them all I think makes sense. I just hate spending money. In particular so much on rent.

Mixing later this evening which I am looking forward too. Here is hoping that this year keeps going well for me and my music.

Urgh.. It's rather hot. In particular it is just plain muggy and yuck.
The Sydney drive was better than expected. I'm an absolute retard tho (yet again proven). I forgot to bring music and I managed to stuff the pre-set stations on the radio. So I ended up listening to the same shit on ABC national through the day on various AM radio stations.. AWB. George Bush and his diatribe... It was absolutely unrelenting.

So the weekend is upon us. I've got a beer and I'm Dj'n again tomorrow night.

Fear the Rodeo

Well I've got the work tank now. Urghhh.
2005 Rodeo LT Ute. It looks kinda pretty-ish for a ute from outside. Inside it feels like a Daihatsu from the early ninties. It is the most unimpressive vehicle to drive and I know it is going to be absolutely appaling on the highway (damn rear leaf suspension).

Regardless I'm not paying for the fuel it guzzles. It would probably be as thirsty as the Calais just with no way near the fun noise factor the Calais can make. This thing just sounds like it's farting the entire time. Sadly, it ain't one of those ha ha you farted noises. It just sounds bad. Infact everyone I've ever heard has.

I did get the option to drive my baby, but I get no additional expenses because I have access to a work vehicle to use. That and why rack up 600+ kms on mine when I don't have too?

I could have a well whinge about tomorrow right now. I'm dreading being stuck in that room all day.

Did I mention corporate schmoozing? I have.

Boony

I don't recall talking about it, but the boony doll is one of the best marketing inventions ever invented. What an idea. Everyone wants one. I want one. They're quite amusing and now that I know some of the secrets (thanking intarweb) and its made it even more amusing. So there we go. Something totally trivial to talk about. I really should take some pictures to share or for prosperity sake.

What a night/morning. Slept in and didn't hit town untill 3:30am. By 5:30am both Ruth and I were well on the way to absolutely plastered. Home at 8:30am.. I'm sure that is not how the normal weekend routine is meant to work is it?

Ruth managed to get into fisty cuffs with another girl at a gay club. Fucking hilarious. I also for the first time experienced 'hetrophobia'. Interesting to say the least - I'm very seriously debating having quite a massive spray about this. I'm not impressed. Equality and rada rada.. What a fucking load of absolute fucking crap. Tacos and wine for dinner. Food and wine connoisseur I am not - it was still good tho.

Plug and lead change despite being a pain in the arse has worked an absolute treat. Performance improvement++. Plugs looked just like standard wear which was a massive relief. It is one of those things when doing plugs. There can be many nasty things exposed at such a time. Still suffering from dreadful pinging despite running 98 RON fuel. Depending brand wise and tank level it does seem to almost dissapear which just makes things more baffling. Must investigate ECU to see if there is an after market EPROM installed. I'm almost convinced there is. Debating trying SHELLs 100 RON but the asking price is just ridiculous. Near 10 cents a litre more than 98 RON. I doubt it is worth even the trial??

So back to it tommorrow. Sydney trip this week. BOOOO. I hate Sydney.
